International Practice

Our international commercial practice is not only on behalf of American companies and individuals but on behalf of many foreign companies and individuals. Our clients have come from the UK, Holland, Israel, Lebanon, France, Monaco, Switzerland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Spain, Malaysia, Singapore, Liberia, Nigeria, and Mexico. We have represented the English-based pension funds affiliated with the Robert Maxwell newspaper empire in litigations against major banks. We won another one of our cases, on behalf of a British client, unanimously in the U.S. Supreme Court, after prevailing 9-6 in an en banc decision of the Fifth Circuit. We have also published in the international field and supplied expert assistance in an international law project of the American Law Institute.
